An out-of-tree, installable plugin marketplace bundle for DeepSeek Harness that adds browsing, review, and installation of DSH plugins inside DSH's own Settings UI, with evidence-based install eligibility, consent-gated install scripts, curated solution packs, agent-callable marketplace tools, a bilingual interface, and a stated no-telemetry stance.

• Adds a plugin marketplace to DSH's Settings → Plugins → Marketplace as an out-of-tree, installable bundle with no DSH source changes.
• Catalog reports 2,200+ plugins discovered by a daily scan of GitHub repositories carrying the dsh-plugin topic.
• Install eligibility is decided by evidence at each plugin's pinned commit: automatic install, needs script review, or manual install.
• Install scripts are shown verbatim and run only after explicit per-install consent; consent is never persisted or bulk-approved.
• Curated solution packs install a reviewed list of plugin repositories, showing per-item status and an install N of M count.
• Registers four agent tools: marketplace_search, marketplace_detail, marketplace_install, and marketplace_manual_guide.
• States no telemetry, no install counts, and no analytics endpoint; the catalog is static JSON served from GitHub Pages.
• Bilingual UI that follows DSH's display language automatically (Chinese / English).
