ACP server implementation for DeepSeek Harness. It composes the harness in-process and maps its session-event log onto the full ACP vocabulary, including streamed text and reasoning, tool calls, plans, permission requests, session modes, config options, slash commands, skills, and MCP servers. It can be installed as a dsh profile plugin or standalone server, sharing $DSH_HOME with dsh web.

- Streams assistant text and reasoning deltas; includes assembled-message fallback.
- Maps tool calls with ACP kinds, human titles, file locations, diffs, raw input/output, and display terminal output.
- Exposes permission presets as session modes: read-only, workspace-write, danger-full-access.
- Supports agent composition presets with live rebuild and history preserved (standard, code, minimal, cordis).
- Provides a live model catalog from the running composition and reasoning-effort selection.
- Offers slash commands: adapter built-ins (/status, /model), harness registry (/compact, /goal, /permission, /plan), and skills (/skill-name).
- Supports sessions: resume, load, list, silent restore, and titles; multi-root workspaces are not advertised.
- Mounts per-session MCP servers (stdio + streamable HTTP); tools join as mcp__<server>__<tool>; a failing server never takes the session down.
