DeepSeek Harness Green is a portable all-in-one launcher that packages the DeepSeek Harness (dsh) desktop experience into a double-click-to-run folder. It bundles a portable Node/Python runtime, session data, caches and temp files inside its own runtime/ directory, offers a WebView2 desktop window or the original WebUI in a browser, and includes plugin management, dual-channel self-updates, LAN access, and a Chinese/English interface that can be switched at runtime.

• Double-click launcher (DSH_Launcher.exe or start.bat) with a first-run 'install environment' step that downloads portable Node, installs dsh and adds bundled Py
• Green and portable: Node, dsh, npm/pnpm caches, session data and temp files all stay under runtime/, with no user-home writes or registry changes
• Opens as a standalone desktop window via embedded WebView2, or switches to the original WebUI in the system browser; default mode is configurable in settings
• Ships 10 bundled plugins: file browser, archive purge, session rewind, session import, usage stats, sidebar, media background, Ollama, memory and rules
• Plugin management UI to view, search, install and remove plugins from npm, GitHub topic pages, or local plugin folders
• Two independent update channels: official dsh core via check-update, and the green outer shell via DSH_Update.exe, with automatic backup before overwrite
• LAN remote access: bind the service to 0.0.0.0 and let the launcher open the Windows firewall so phones or other computers can use the WebUI
• Bilingual Chinese/English launcher UI switchable without restart, with language preference saved to config.json
