  • Deterministic plugin lifecycle: install, update, remove, and restore from Gate receipts.
  • Atomic activation and recovery of combined plugin profiles (v1.3 Preview).
  • Supports isolated Builder implementation and testing of Config, new Skills, and up to three plugin source changes.
  • Keeps long-term state in external persistent storage to avoid occupying Actor context.
  • Shows plans, risks, evidence, and acceptance criteria before any change is cold-applied.
