Overview

Run OmicVerse/OmicOS bioinformatics analyses from DeepSeek Harness via a persistent Python kernel, with capability catalog search and account tab.

  • Persistent Python kernel (scanpy/omicverse/R) bound to workspace; adata state accumulates across dsh turns.
  • omicos_analyze runs a full OmicOS turn; background:true streams live tqdm progress through ctx.jobs.
  • omicos_capabilities searches the installed skill/agent catalog (269+97 on full install) with ranked results.
  • Inspect kernel state: list variables, query variable details (incl. AnnData preprocessing status), list generated files.
  • Account commands: /omicos-login (device-code), /omicos-status, /omicos-account, /omicos-logout, /omicos-stop-kernel.
  • Web UI adds an OmicOS tab for sign-in state/plan/expiry and a live tool view on analyze calls; figures render on completion.
  • Bundled omicos-core (~21 MB) ships with install, attaches to existing kernel or spawns one; only stops kernels it started.
  • Optionally registers an 'OmicOS 产物' tab in dsh-better-sidebar, detected at runtime.
