A DeepSeek Harness plugin that replaces the bottom bar with customizable statistics and estimated cost display, including drag-sortable segments, detail panels, price templates, peak/off-peak pricing support, and persistent token/cost ledger.
- Replaces the chat bottom bar with 8 stat segments: turns/steps, LLM time, tool time, first-token avg, throughput tok/s, cache hit, in/out tokens, and estimated
- Each segment can be toggled and drag-sorted; Ctrl+click supports multi-select and batch dragging with select-all/invert/clear.
- Hovering over a truncated line shows a tooltip; an option to always show full line.
- Click a segment to open a detail panel; cost segments show per-model unit price, token buckets, amounts, subtotals, and total.
- Settings page includes a live preview area and vendor templates (DeepSeek, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Kimi, Qwen etc.) to auto-derive model prices.
- Configuration is hydrated from localStorage, so a page refresh does not reset to defaults.
- Usage is recorded by channel@model in an append-only ledger at ~/.dsh/cost-estimate.ledger.json; the client continuously reconciles with full usage data.
- Supports DeepSeek peak/off-peak pricing (since 2026-08-17) with optional peak pricing and reminder switches, timezone selection, and price comparison slider.
