An installable DeepSeek Harness bundle with three plugins that manage MCP servers from Web Settings: a settings manager, a read-only inventory Remote, and an MCP Settings UI.

• Contains three plugins: manager, inventory, and UI, mapped to dsh-mcp-settings/manager, /inventory, and /client entries.
• Manager owns mcp.servers, starts and stops one in-box MCP client fiber per enabled server, and publishes merged connection status.
• Inventory exposes the read-only mcpInventory/list Remote.
• UI adds the MCP Settings page with Form/JSON editing, enable toggles, status polling, and tool counts.
• Supports stdio and Streamable HTTP MCP servers.
• Credentials stay in Harness credential service: HTTP uses authorizationCredentialRef for Bearer headers; stdio uses envCredentialRefs for env name mapping.
• credentials/updated restarts only servers that use the changed reference, so rotations reach the next process or connection without editing MCP settings.
• Requires a matching DeepSeek Harness build whose web profile supplies DSH peer packages and emits the mcp-client/status event.
